Dear Sir/Madam,
I am working on SAC alloy (Sn-Ag-Cu) planning to use EBSD which can reveal informations about grain size, grain orientation and texture.I am not sure what the exact sample prep technique is all about. Please give me a detailed information which helps me to move ahead.
