Etch for carbon steel to inconel 600 to 316 stainless weld

I am looking for an etch for an inconel 600 weld that joins carbon steel and 316 stainless steel. I would prefer it if the etch were not electrolytic since I have to do this work outside the lab. If there are no good etches then electrolytic would be OK.
