This suggestion was posted by E.R. Almeida in response to a similar question about etching Ti-5Al-5V-5Mo-3Cr:

"Grinding 320, Chemical-mechanical Polishing mix. 90mL of Colloidal silica (OP-S) + 10mL H2O2 (30%).
Etchants 3mL HF, 6mL HNO3 and 100mL H2O – swab 3 - 10s (Kroll’s reagent)."

I found it by performing a case sensitive search of the archives using the keyword Ti.
